·High rigidity, using chromium molybdenum vanadium alloy steel nitride hard tooth surface gear, after quenching and tempering heat treatment to a substrate hardness of 30HRC, and then using our advanced ion nitriding equipment to nitride the surface hardness of the gear to 840HV, it has excellent wear resistance and impact resistance;
·High transmission torque, the planetary gear transmission interface adopts full needle roller bearings and multi tooth meshing to increase the contact area and improve structural rigidity and output torque, rated output torque (see table);
·The sun gear processed from the entire gear rod has strong rigidity and accurate concentricity.
